Welcome to Wizafri! These terms govern your access to and use of the Wizafri platform, accessible at Wizafri.com (referred to as the “Platform”). By using our Platform, you agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. If you disagree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using the Platform.   

About Wizafri

Wizafri, based in Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, operates as a vibrant marketplace connecting independent service providers (“Service Providers”or ”Pros”) with individuals or businesses seeking services (“Service Seekers”) across Africa. Our Platform provides tools for Service Providers to list their offerings, and for Service Seekers to discover, compare, request quotes, communicate, and provide feedback on services. Crucially, Wizafri is not a party to any agreements or transactions that may occur directly between Service Providers and Service Seekers.

Your Account

To fully utilize the Platform, you will need to create an account. During the registration process, you agree to provide information that is accurate, up-to-date, and complete. It is your responsibility to ensure this information remains accurate and complete by promptly updating your account details. You are also responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and ensuring their confidentiality.

How You Can Use Wizafri

As a user of our Platform, you agree to the following:

• You will maintain the confidentiality of your login information.
• You will use the Platform responsibly and will not engage in any activities that are fraudulent, illegal, or intended to disrupt the Platform’s functionality.
• You will comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws and regulations in your use of the Platform and any interactions with other users.

Service Listings, Quotes, and Interactions

• Service Providers are solely responsible for the accuracy and completeness of their service listings, including details regarding pricing, availability, and showcasing their previous work.
• Wizafri acts as a facilitator for connection and communication but does not assume any responsibility for disputes that may arise between Service Seekers and Service Providers.
• Service Seekers can explore service listings, compare offerings, request quotes directly from Service Providers, and communicate with them through the Platform’s tools.
• Service Providers have the ability to manage and track service requests that originate from approved quotes provided to Service Seekers.
• All aspects related to payments, cancellations, and refunds are to be handled directly between the Service Seeker and the Service Provider. While Wizafri may offer features to facilitate communication around these aspects, we do not process payments or hold any responsibility for financial transactions or related disputes.
• Wizafri reserves the right to introduce membership fees for Service Providers to list their services on the Platform in the future.

Your Content, Our License

• You retain full ownership of any content you submit, upload, or display on the Platform.
• By posting content on Wizafri, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating and promoting the Platform and the services offered within it.

What You Cannot Do

To ensure a positive environment for all users, you agree not to engage in the following prohibited activities:

• Misrepresenting your services, qualifications, or identity.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.
• Sharing another user’s personal information without their explicit consent.
• Engaging in any behavior that is harassing, abusive, discriminatory, or otherwise inappropriate towards other users.

Our Limitations

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wizafri will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or loss of data, arising from your use of our Platform or any interactions with other users.   

Account Termination

Wizafri reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated these Terms and Conditions or have engaged in activities that we deem harmful to the Platform or its users.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Abidjan, Côte d’Ivoire, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
